The people who run the place, the insects, the dirt, and the amenities are nearly as frightening as the prices...on some other sites I've seen the owners writing vengeful comments about guests who were critical. I wnder if the positive comments are also written by the owners, their family, and their staff...beware.

Although the person who ran this place was friendly, it was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, especially for $145/night! The people who run this place are very nice, homey people. Unfortunately, they have no idea of what they should be doing with this place. It needs a good cleaning, a coat of paint and some upgrading with regard to indoor and outdoor furniture. It's like going to your grandparent's cabin at the lake.

We loved our stay at Lieber Haven. Its a little rustic, but absolutly wonderfull. The people who own and run the resort are great, friendly people. They made us feel like part of the family. This is a great place to excape the daily hussle and rush hour traffic. You can just sit back and relax, and enjoy the people you're with. No loud traffic, sirens, and city noise, just a peacefull vacation. I can't wait to stay there next year.
