I loved this place and don't forget to book your spa treatment. Wow, wow, wow. What a view, what a room!, killer resturant with live music, top ten places I've been, and I've been places.

the menu is not a good value.very expensive for what you get.not very tasty food.young cooks were having a good time though.service was average.when i go out to eat and pay top dollar i expect it to be fantastic.very let down.

The location is amazing. I have been there many times over the years and loved it. Employees used to remember my name. This resort has gotten lazy in their service. the employees do not care and are most are not professional or friendly or helpful. I am sure our linens were not changed, we overheard a housekeeper tell another that the manager ...

The staff were very unfriendly and not helpful. Problems reported were ignored. We would never go back. The food quality in the restaurant is inferior. Much overrated.

The Resort has just been renovated and is just beautiful. With incredible views of the Lake, it was the most relaxing getaway. The service was very helpful. There are so many great unique additions to the rooms such as automated curtain controls so you don't have to get out of bed to enjoy the view and a turn-down service with chocolates and room service menu.

We loved our stay. It was our first time and we got an up grade from business class to a beautiful suite and a great view. Unfortunitly, my wife got sick and we had to leave a little after 12:00 noon the next day and we where charged 75.00 for early checkout. So the upgrade still cost us the same as the regular rate, but well worth it.Exceptional staff.

The hotel is in need of upgrades-- for the price, it's not a good value at all. Good location, but small rooms and not well furnished at the price/
