I went during the off season after kids were back in school. I loved it. Very peaceful. If you are looking for tv or phone, don't bother. There is too much to do outside. Everything was very clean and the view of the lake incredible. The caretaker that we met was wonderful. They also have a place to recycle, which is great! Everything is the way it should be. Originally from Minnesota, it made me want to move back.
