cottages are great and worth the money if your a do it your selfer and my wife and I are if you want to be pampered like a princes or queen b stay some place else. rooms are ok but small.

I gave 2 days notice to cancel my reservation, they still charged my credit card $189!! They claim you need to give 8 days notice to cancel. They were very rude about it. I also checked the place out the next time I was in Westport...it is not worth the $. The Chateau Wesport is far nicer, with a pool, and for less $$.

I loved Harbor Resort for so many reasons, the view being the number one reason. If you want to be close to the water there is no place closer that you can get in Westport! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the small store and tackle shop that they have there has anything that you could possibly need for a fishing or crabbing day! I would recommend this place to ANYBODY whether it be people young or old.

Our cottage was damaged in a storm in the middle of the night. Tidal surges ripped the deck off and flooded the parking lot. This resort is in an unsafe location and should not be open to the public. The owner promised us a refund and then didn't follow through. We took a loss of $244.85. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

We have been going to this "resort" for a few years. There is a two story building with hotel rooms (some with fridges...some simply budget) and one room has bunks, queen bed and a fold out sofa! There also are several mini mobile homes right on the bank of the jetty with a deck looking right out at the water.
