We stayed in the rooms upstairs. The stool did not flush, was suppose to have been fixed while we were gone, it was not. It ran all night, leaked water on the floor. You can't miss this place if you have plan to visit Mt. Rainier.
They have many amendities like simple groceries and souveniers, too.
If you need a base camp for ascending the mountain, this is the best place. This inn located at just front of the gate of the N.P., so it's really convenient.
For a family trip, I found no better place than this. Give it a try! You wouldn't be dislike it.
