Scrumptious breakfast!We liked visiting with other guests in the homey, old-fashioned parlor, complete with a fluffy yellow cat. Breakfast the next morning was unbelievably good. I was a little disappointed in our room, which was accessed through the back porch by climbing narrow stairs covered with stained beige carpeting. We love MikeOur recent visit to Bethal, Maine brought us to the Chapmen Inn over graduation weekend in 2007. The Inn is quaint and clean with a family friendly atmosphere. Wonderful people, great find!Fred and Sandra, the owners, were the most delightful people we have met on our trip to New England. They really went out of their way to make us feel at home, and their sense of humor was a refreshing change from the usual. The breakfast was to die for! No wonder it is "world famous".
