Had to get 4 rental different snowboards. The first was missing a latch, the second also missing a latch, the third was a "goofy" board (I'm regular), and the 4th had a broken binding that allowed my back foot to move, causing me to lose control of the board. The staff was understanding, but not sure if I'll go back.
