In the Albany area, Cresthill is first choice!Clean, good location to city and to expressways. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Continental breakfast daily was a cut above others we have had and during the week they offer evening social hour (530 to 700) with food and complimentary beverages. Would stay againWonderful value for the room rate. Very clean and spacious room, fully equipped including a tiny dishwasher. Slept well in a very comfortable bed. Spent one night with my son after a concert at the Washington Ave Armory, conveniently on the same street since I don't know Albany. Bad ExperienceWe have been using this hotel for business needs. We went in one night and they had no water. They were working on a main line. Our group had worked a 12 hour day and all we wanted was a shower. The clerk kept telling us it would only be an hour. Use of Guest RoomsI will never use this hotel or any of its other locations again. It is unsafe and management is unresponsive to guests' safety and needs. Excellent ExperienceVery Clean Hotel. Laundry facility on every floor and if was free. Spacious bright clean rooms. Nice kitchen area with full kitchen appliances. Nice Welcome basket. AwesomeMy daughter moved to Albany, NY in August. Their apartment is too small to accommodate any guests. I tried various motels in the area. I was not impressed. Our home away from homeWe have stayed at this location several times and only wish that we had found it sooner. The suites were suites are nice, but do not compare to the staff. Home away from homeThe Crest Hill Suites are nice, clean, fully appointed studio suites with a full kitchen, including pots, pans, dishes, everything you need for an extended stay. I spent the better part of a week in Albany helping family move, and found it to be a perfect refuge, and larger than some studio apartments I have seen.
