I can't think of one bad thing. We stayed in a two bedrooom suite. The place was huge. The windows actually opened. We found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. Our experience was great. We would definately recommend this hotel to others and we look forward to coming back soon. The location is awesome.

The towels were a little ...

The room was quite small, no closet, no tub, no coffemaker though that was listed as one of the amenities. After a long day of sightseeing and visiting family, it was not condusive to relaxing.
On the plus side, the location was great, close to the Back Bay T station, Copley Place, Trinity Church, restaurants- we did nicely walking or taking ...
