The place is not very upscale, but it is clean, certainly does not smell as other reviews have stated. The rooms have been redone and the staff is very pleasant. For the price it is the best value on the Cape.
An ideal location for the family, but not for a romantic getaway. I am sitting in the room using their internet as I type this which increases the value even more.
