I have nothing but kind words forr this hotel and all of it's employees!! I have never met a more kinder, empathetic staff in any of my travels. From the water already in the minifridge to the newspaper at your front door, the comforts of home are all around you. Plus, being able to starting your day with a great buffet, then ending it with a jog on the treadmill and a dip in the hot tub, what more culd you ask for.

The Hotel was very comfortable and close to all of the attractions in Springfield. Pool was the typical size pool for a newer hotel (small) but overall a good experience.
