The place has a "magical/relaxing" feel to it. There is a restaurant on the premises for those who want to grab a bite afterwards. I really enjoyed the "garden" atmosphere that the spa has to it. You feel like you're in the middle of nowhere.

Was not told our room was in a town other then Mendocino, Fireplace smoked so bad we had to sleep with the windows and door open (and it's the middle of winter). Bathroom sink plugged up, bed was so hard and uncomfortable our backs have hurt for 2 days since our stay, Emergency number provided in room was a recording so we were unable to get help with the sink or the fireplace.

Loved our room, as well as the grounds and spa. We treated our selves to a massage and hot tub at the spa, walked to dinner, and returned back to our room. A perfect relaxing Mendocino night. We will be back....
