A must if you love the outdoors.It's a great place if you want to get away from it ALL. It's far enough away, yet close to everything there is to see in that part of Colorado. Van and Cindi are super friendly, if you have a question about what to do? they have an answer, or pick up a tourist guide in the office and they will help you. excellentVery friendly staff, Colorful yet gentle long term residents. Pet friendly. Very off the beaten track, but accessible from Highway 24. The view of Tava (pikes peak) is spectacular.
Off season the place is almost empty, plenty of choices for trailer lots or rooms.
