Sent my grandchildren as gift to ST LOUIS and this ruined a long planned and meant to be meaningful gift to them.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room had a cockroach in it, along with other bugs. They charged for the breakfast that was supposed to be free. There was paper towel shoved in a hole in the ceiling in the shower. The room did not look to be swept. The staff was rude when one of the game machines took our money. I will never return here.

this dirty place sucks. outside is very depressing,parking lot very dirty and oiley; Room very small and dirty, bugs under bed spread. Days Inn should be really embarsed to have name on this dump. Should tear this place down and have a choice hotel. You have been warned.

Pool was freezing,hot tub lukewarm,internet didnt work in my room,too noisy,noise filtered up from pool area to our room at 10 pm and in the hallway. We were upset and couldnt sleep and got no discount for leaving at 10:30 pm. room was freezing prob. around 68 degrees and couldnt turn heat up,noise could b heard thru heat vents.we did ask for a smoking room but room reeked of smoke. I live in the area and will never go back

We are a family of five and realized when we stayed here that there are only 2 double beds, which wasn't going to pose as a problem, because my oldest son (10) said he would sleep on the floor. I dont even know where to start, the carpet in the room was dirty, like it need vaccumed and hadn't been. The sink in the bathroom didnt drain well at all, took atleast 30 mins to drain completly. Now to the pool, OMG do they not clean it ? My skin smelled like a wet dog after only being in there for about 5 mins, gross !! It is a 2 story ...

Main hallway was dirty. Alarm clock was caked with dust, lamps had cobwebs. Someone's fake fingernail on the carpet in our room.

This hotel is a former Holiday Inn from years and years ago. It actually has various things running around in it. The hotel is up on a hill overlooking the highway and a strip mall, that has lots of empty spaces.

The hotel presented itself as being clean, hospitable, and affordable. These were all misleading qualities the hotel tried to uphold. My trip was meant to relax and get some stress out of my system, but it contributed to my stress. The service was particularly bad, and I was treated with no respect. I would not advise travelers or people getting away to relax to choose this hotel. I felt it was a waste of my money.
