There was a musty smell as you walk into the small cottage. The room was overpriced for what you receive. (No TV, no phone, no internet, no air conditioning) The grounds are nice but could be better kept up. Access to river was difficult if really an access.

Do not spend your time or money at this establishment. The food at the restaurant was less than mediocre and the service was slow and unprofessional. In addition, the accomodations are highly disappointing, expensive and the walls in the cabins are paper thin. The town of Guerneville is also very strange.
