Although this was a quaint, clean motel, the service was terrible. There is no one in the office from 11 pm to 7 am. While regulating the shower at 6 am, the handle pulled off and I was unable to finish showering. We tried to check in, no one was there, the lobby was locked, no one was answering the phone. I have give midway ratings on cleanliness and value - but disregard these as we did not get to see the room- I had to complete these to do the review.

My family absouloutly loved the little town of Tropic! Our hotel was so clean and comfortable and everyone there was so inviting. The food was hot and delicious and althought there is only one grocery store, they had everything we could need and more! Our day in Bryce Canyon was truly a once in a lifetime experience! We plan to return in September and can't wait to go back to the Bryce Valley Inn!

We found The Bryce Valley Inn to be in a great location for visiting Bryce Canyon, and driving scenic highway 12 between Bryce Canyon and Boulder, Utah. I had such a wonderful time at the Bryce Valley Inn. The staff was absouloutly adorable and so personable. The room so clean and smelled like fresh linen. The bed was comfortable and the view was spectacular. The new owners have really done a nice job! Thanks to all those who made my stay in Tropic so pleasant.

This inn was well situated between Bryce Canyon National Park, Kodachrome Basin, and Grand Staircase Escalante Monument. It has 3 restaurants within reach. Although the rooms were just your basic motel room, we found them very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and prompt. Dining in the area was absoloutly wonderful.
