I recently went to war eagle without a reservation, but when we decided to go on the 16 mile trip (reservation required) the desk staff signed us right up. I try to go to War Eagle every year. I have yet to find a dissapointing experience.

If you ever go to Talequah, Ok. to float the river go to War Eagle. They have everything you would want and you don't have to drive anywhere. Everything is right there. It is an awesome time to get away with friends or the family. The people at War Eagle are super nice and they have fair prices on the raft rentals. So if you are thinking of going to Tahlequah to float the river give them a call. You will have a blast.

We stayed there this summer by the bridge in primative area. The Security guy wuz taking Pictures of the women .And kinda odd acting,It wuz a very Rude experiance!

War Eagle Restort denied me access with my hearing dog to the their housing. So the whole 2 days when i was there i did was worry about my hearing dog who had to stay with my mom for time being. Which i filled a complaint with Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.

Their cabins are nice but they are not wheelchair accessable.

THE CAMP GROUND IS KEPT VERY NICE AND THE PEOPLE ARE WONDERFUL BUT THERE NEED TO BE A AREA THAT PEOPLE WHO STAY UP LATER THAN 11:00 SHOULD BE ABLE TO CAMP. WE ARE PLANNING ON GOING BACK JULY 25TH BUT I DON'T KNOW WHERE WE ARE GOING TO STAY YET.

War Eagle resort is a wonderful place for a
fun vacation or family gathering. We go
every year for family gathering and our
group is fairly large. We have BBQs, play
volleyball, basketball ,horseshoes ,swim and they have a large waterslide also.
Also in thegame room pool.They have
several rooms,
bunkhouses, A- frames , camping by ...
