Best resort we have stayed in so far. The rooms were big, and the service was outstanding. They even helped us when the back door in our SUV did not open. They made every detail count for a fun family vacation.
We will be back!

Loved the beautiful resort and spaciousness of the rooms. Great staff always willing to make sure your stay is perfect. When I called to ask about the activities the resort offered, a list was immediately brought to my room. When I stopped a staff person to ask if they had more detergent for the diswasher, he immediately went to a supply room ...

We loved the spaciness of the rooms! We also loved the fact that since we had kids (they asked at check in) they put us close to the pool, park and splash pad. Truly a beautiful place.
The only think I would complain about is not having enough parking spaces for our condo, and also the walls are a little thin.
I would highly recommend!

Location of resort is great, on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, but the rooms are in dire need of updating. We are Wyndham owners (not here, at another location) and we were VERY disappointed in the unit.
