We have stayed here twice. The first cabin was awesome. The second one ....TERRIBLE. Lost most of our services on the first night in a thunderstorm and no attempt was made to fix after numerous requests. Research your cabin and the owners before making a commitment to stay. We won't stay here again!!

We stayed at Heavenly Sunrise and that is what you got, a beautiful sunrise over the best view of the mountains. Every window you look out of, you see beauty The cabin was clean and homey, we didn't want to leave it. We will definately be back!

Our Cabin was very clean and had all the comforts of home and so much more. We will be back in the fall. We found a great Pizza place across the street from the Star Crest office that delivered and was not $$$. This resort is the best and not far from the main drag and Dollywood. We loved our stay.

We stayed in the 'Amidst the Smokies' a 3 bedroom. The cabin was decorated for Christmas and made us feel right at home or actually a lot more amentities than my home.The beds were firm and the 52" TV was great!. City water. No water problems in Starr Crest Resort. Don't know who wrote about problems with water and rotten egg smell but our developer spent 2 million to get city water in Starr Crest Resort. This person could NOT have been in Starr Crest Resort.
