While the hotel is close to Graceland and they were fairly quiet the service was awful.
The Customer Service person at the desk was not friendly and gave short answers to questions if they replied at all.

We were very tired from our 10 hour trip non-stop and reserved a room at 7:00 am, I knew we had to wait for 4 hours for our room. Check in was at 11:00. So we kept busy driving around with my 5 kids. The rooms are very big the jaccuzzi suites was so nice everthing in the room was nice free continental breakfast was great,clean rooms lobby clean staff very nice and helpful.I thank you for your hospitailty.

I liked the set up of the room, the proximity to Graceland and public transportation. Mrs. Patel was very friendly and expressed her desire to have us (Rock-A-Hula Girls Elvis Fan Club) stay on our next visit to Memphis. (We are planning to do so and have made reservations for August O7.)

Very nice and clean hotel, and the rooms are big, service could of been alot better though, not very friendly at all(forget the Southern Hospitality here)
