Unit D304 was old, outdated, dirty. No furnishings, except an old worn out futon. Paid $ 1540.00 for one week.When we walked in the first day and saw the unit ,called owner, told him we were unhappy with the unit. His reply was to Get Out!. We did not stay there except for one hour to get on our cell phone and find another place to stay. Owner will not refund money. Be careful, this unit is not a good one. Try your luck with others.

Loved the stay at Oceanside, Ca return there every year but the condo at North Coast Village G300 3 bd very out dated and low end for the rental fee do not suggest staying there out dated everythibg dirty couch. Expected more for the rental fee paid $3000.00
