We phoned and made a reservation yesterday by credit card. Upon arrival, the desk crew told us to drive around and select a site. One street was impassable. Campsites in total disarray. Went back to desk and they told us they did not give refunds. I told the lady it looked like they needed the $27.00 worse than we did.
