This place is definitely overrated. No bathtub, no phones, no towels unless you ask for them, no service (you have to call a phone number and hope someone answers if you need anything), noisy a/c, very noisy in the early hours of the mornings when the drunks start stumbling in. This Hotel is in the middle of everything! We were able to walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants and never had to get in our car!
The place is intimate and very comfortable, and the staff was Awesome! Thankyou for having the champagne waiting for us in the room!

this place look s great inside and out. the staff goes out of theri way to make you as comfortable as possible.. i i lived in jax and when i had friends and famiy come down from nyc that was the only place they stayed. definately the most comfortable bed you ever slept in. so the showers are a bit small but the decor and the staff make up for it. i plan my vacations to jax around this hotels availablity.

Their is no staff...only person to check you in and is maintenance guy. He had room keys laying out on bar for anyone to grab! Their was no one to clean room or to bring fresh towels.
