Room with broken air conditioner and TERRIBLE customer service

We reserved a room in advance for 2 nights and upon arrival noticed that the air conditioner was broken. After spending 10 mins on the phone and 20 minutes in the lobby trying to be moved to a different room we were offered a less comparable room at the same price (as the manager was out of town for the weekend to authorize a discount) or to come ...
