We made online reservations for a three day stay and arrived as scheduled. Booked 11 rooms for a wedding party. Man at desk at check-in said he didn't work there. Dirty sheets and towels, phones removed from all rooms by phone company, toilet plugged up, rugs stained, no lights in foyer, some rooms gave heat rather than air, no one at desk for check out. Total disaster. Beware!

The European Village shops and stores are great, and they come highly recommended--but DO NOT try and stay at the hotel there, which is in complete meltdown as of August 2008. i loved the bathrooom. All the little shopes were amazing. The foood places had great service and had great food.I loved my hair cut i got done at the salon!

We totally enjoyed our stay! Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable... everything you need is right there, shops, resturants, clubs, music and the waterway is just across the street.
