I stayed at the Grand Floridian for my b-day and it was fantastic. Great service, even better location, but it was really expensive like $400 a night! I loved it though and am going back. Oh and the spa is fabulous!

I did not like my $1800.00 stay at Disney World Resorts at all. For $1800.00 I got:
a room where the toilet doesn't work, had to make up my own room the first day, was put in a non smoking room, even though I ordered a smoking room, then the front desk attempts to put all the descrepancies on your travel agent, I got lied to about the ...

This place was nice. The only problem I had was that I had a coupon for .20% off any 4 day / 3 night stay and the Front Desk Clerk would not honor it. I stayed anyway because I was tired and wanted to sleep. But other than that, I had a good time.

I've been to Disney World 2 times and coming up on 3 in a few days, and I am always willing to go! I just love everything about it. They have 100% no comparison costermer service. And they call you "guests" wich is a nice non-reminder of how much your getting hit in the wallet. It's pricy, but there's no other place like it. I ...

it was awfull because it had no special features or spa, and the beds were stained,the rooms were small, and it was dirty, also it was 60 miles from disney world.
