It ain't the Sofitel, but if you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay in the Clearwater area, and you're not concerned with fanciness, this place is a decent bet, especially if you're staying for a week or longer. The efficiency style rooms are relatively spacious, and the kitchen has with two fridges, a sink, a coffee maker, ...
My son and I live here and the owners make me feel right at home .Everyone is very friendly and room service excellent. Bus service is just steps away to take you troughout the county for shopping and siteseeing trips for only $3.50 a day unlimited rides. The pool is even heated in the winter from Jan- March. Walmart is with in walking distance or 2 mins.away.Largo Park just around the corner about 5 minutes away with new library.
It is an older place but everything was very clean. I could sit outside the room and watch the world go by in the evenings. The room had kitchen with dishes, cups, pans, etc. Plenty large. It is also only 5 miles from the gulf beaches. Best of all, the weekly rates were outstanding. Will come back again

The directions to this hotel was easy. The room was very clean and large full service kitchen with plates, pans, glasses, silver-ware and micro wave was great. It's Better Than Sleeping on a Park Bench

The place is clean, but also very tired looking. The rooms need some upgrades like larger beds, and newer, comfortable furniture from this century. The doors are loose, the towels are tiny, and the street noise comes in loud through the gaps in the door and windows. The owners are very nice though. The owners are probably just waiting to sell this place to one of the Big Developers who are all privatizing the entire State of Florida.
