Rock Cottages is NOT Gulf Beach!! It is NOT fair to write a review and Use the WRONG name!! You are defaming Gulf Beach. It is a lovely place with wonderful owners.

Awful customer service...Rude people. The office was not even open at 9am on a weekday. Don't waste your money on this place, there are plenty of other reasonable places to choose from. WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THE ROCK COTTAGES.

The place is like other place but the "people" who owns or/and operate are the worse kind of disgusting among all the people you ever imagine you've met.
They are the worse customer service and I think if I were to sing-sing I was treated better. Please authorities take at look at this place and if ever you want to go to a "Horror Hostel" look for this place.

I can't recall a time when I was treated so poorly. The first time we stayed at this cottage we were so impressed with the simple amenities. I loved Rock Cttages because it was clean, the service was excellent and I loved the politness of all of the employees. If you want a cheap nice cottage for your vacation, you should stay here!!
