This place is definately not worth your time. The kid at the front desk was rude and acted as if we were bothering him while on his phone. The "owner" looked like Tony Little. Now on to the rooms. The room we had was in like an apartment building and the stairs smelled of rotting fish and the carpet was filthy, The door had a lock on it ...
I was looking for a cheap place to stay for the weekend and didn't expect to be staying in a small apartment. The keys were already at the door when I arrived and we weren't bothered with check-in proceedures. The room was very spacious, elegant, and clean with a full kitchen and utinsils. The location was great with the beach accross ...
I have worked in the hospitality industry and have never had an experience like this. We found our room to be in such bad repair and undesirable that I forfited one nights rent to NOT stay there. The room was beyond filthy, the bed resembled a sway back horse and besides the mold in the bathroom the tub was filthy. The odor and the filth of the rooms were beyond belief, I am shocked that they are in business.
My husband and I spent our honeymoon in the "starfish" 1 br at the oasis and loved it!! Much to our surprise, the pool was literally on our patio! We were able to walk out our sliding door and get into the pool. We were there during May, so it was very quiet, and just one block from the beach. Very close to the village and convenient enough to watch the sun set every night. We can't wait to go back!!
