We have been going to this quaint place for 5 years in a row and can't wait to do it another 5. Rooms are a bit small, but are clean and who needs to spend much time in their room when you are in sunny Florida

The Playa de Varadero IV was peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful for us. The rooms are very nice especially the mirror beds that fold out from the wall. The pools are clean and the beach is steps away. Jet ski's, fine dinning, the supermarket, and pharmacy are all nearby. Definetly saves $$ having Publix and Walgreens next door. I would recomend to anyone.

I am the second one who is waiting for a refund on my deposit.
They have cancelled, by phone, my last year vacation because of hurricane Wilma stating there was too much damage etc. We have sent 2 registered mail, phone calls and the last time we heard from Mrs Vandal was Feb. 02/2006 that the check was in the mail.
Surprise we are still waiting (03/31/2007)

We have enjoyed a stay at Playa Varadero in 2005. In 2006 we had to cancel due to ilness. Their Rep Mrs. Vandal - Vacation Rental H & J still ows us our deposit and hangs up on us every time we call.
The location may be convenient but be carefull who you deal with!

This place was great even tho it doesnt have good service but its good because its really close to the beach and it has two pools n it has a hut great securities there perfect wen you cant find a place on time.

This place could not be any closer to the beach - which is wide and spacious at this point. Totally fell in love with it. A slight problem at night if other guests don't realise that their tv's are on a high volume. There is a Russian deli on site which is very convenient. Publix supermarket a couple of blocks away and bus stop right out side the premises.
