Yes, it is very clean, but what I really thought was great is that the owner, Diana, hand washes the sheets and hangs them in the sun to dry. The beds were good white linen and extremely comfortable. I loved the fact that they were all white. Smelled and felt amazing.

The place was amazing and very clean. The owner is an amazingly sweet woman and very comical. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the Keys who loves to fish.

The rooms are all white...no color at all. I kind of didn't like that about The Ranch House Motel. VERY QUIET! What I did like was that I felt safe while I was there and the price was really good for being in the keys!

Looked like mom & pop owned motels.

Overall, I liked it.
