ParadiseWe loved the location. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Cancun. The hotel was great, the service excellent, and the food good for an all inclusive.

Our HoneymoonMy husband and I loved our stay at the Sunscape, the staff was wonderful! We did tip and they were very grateful. The room did have a musty smell, but I havent been in a hotel in the carribean that has a terrace and not had a little humidity in the room. The AC worked good and we were comfortable. Great !!! butWe enjoyed everything about our stay the suite with the balcony facing the water, the room was GREAT, we were treated like royalty and the food and beverages were FANTASTIC !
They even put my sir name in a frame outside the suite (Hacienda Cereceres)that was impressive.
