I loved the location. More importantly, the staff was attentive and very professional. They were also very knowledgeable about local tourist destinations and eateries. I truly enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to returning.

Horrible hotel

Service was horrible took forever for food to be served at the restaurant. Some workers and patrons spoke rudely in the Kikuyu language within earshot of us having our lunch that made for a very irritating lunch experience. I liked it better when it was Landmark hotel.

Comfortable good hotel, wiht the best location in Nairobi. No wonder it is used by so many regulare travellers to the city. Rooms are not the biggest, but they contain all that is needed. The Safari restaurant is excellent, and the staff is just to of the range.
Located next to The Sarit center, makes it a perfect location.
Favorite watering holes like Gipsy's and th Klubhouse all with in easy reach...you will not be dissapointed
