I wanted to write something else about The Westin but the travel would not let me. I wrote as tharlowsucks. Anyway I wanted to include the date I went so you will know the identity theft issue happened fairly recently. So just letting people know as a warning to be real careful.

I have to say overall I liked this place. The location was great!! The views were spectacular. The water was so beautiful. Some complaints is that room service screwed up our order a couple times so that was a pain to deal with. Also when we called to ask them if they could make something that was not on the menu they said no, whats up with that? ...

I stayed at the Westin early April 2009. This is my 10th trip to Aruba and all stays were at this hotel. We found the manager Mr.Smith to be most helpful. My husband had some health issues and everyone at the hotel from the manager down did everything possible to make our trip a pleasure. We cannot wait to get back and hope the same people still work there.
