Interesting experienceFront Desk and Concierge staff great.
Domestic/Housekeeping could be improved. It was bad enough for me to ask them to return to re-hoover my room. Frankly the carpets were filthy.

Not very impressedWhen searching online for a hotel in Manila I was impressed with the description and photos of the Crown Plaza, but when I got there I thought I was in the wrong hotel. This hotel is only 3 years old, but the rooms look 15 years old. The thing I noticed rite away was the very poor craftsmanship. Bad serviceThis people are really good in selling I have no doubt. Now the real terror comes when you are charge with something you did not use and they keep on passing blames to each other. They have no service for problems, I would say service is only for new transactions! I'm a local who lives here so imagine what more if your a foreigner!1 of 1 Yahoo! Great Rooms!The room given to me was great and big. Courteous staff especially housekeeping and room service. However, I was not impressed with the breakfast buffet in Seven Corners. Sleek and Superb!The interior of this place is beautifully crafted. The lobby and other areas were all lovely.
The room was cleaned very well. The bathroom is larger than most, long baths are great here.
The buffet in their restaurant Seven Corners is awesome! Amazing feast cooked right before you, by chefs! It's like having your own personal chef to prepare your lunch or dinner.
