The staff was rude, the food was gross, and we had to beg for towels and also for the room to be cleaned. The resort has two nice pools, however I found them to be dirty. Lots of trash floating around.
On a more positive note, the beach was really nice.

This was my second time round, enjoyed it the first time, and this was the reason why i decided to return, but was i in for a surprise, the gatesman was rude. too many flies in the dining area, had to practically beg to have your room cleaned and the fridge to be topped up, what a waste of precious time and money.

staff not so friendly ,food sucks ,room smell like mold and the way they treat afro-americans /blacks cannot describe never again .

The hotel was fantastic food the service staff. the only thing i did not like was the night club did not cater for all the majority of the black people that was theresuch a shame cabarett was not to my taste. overall the hotel and staff was fantastic

Do not stay here! Did not feel safe here. Sketchy characters were on the beach selling illegal items. Saw a girl covered only in a towel ushered back to her room by security guards. Staff was rude and condescending to my girlfriend and myself. Rooms were no thrills and views were not as advertised. It cost $15 to get on the internet for 20 ...

It was very beautiful place to go for vacation, injoy your days under the sun and the beautiful tropical wather the hotel was very clean but ther was a big problem with the staff thay are very rood and service was baaaaaaaaaad.I think the owner of that hotel needs to have a big talk to them if they whant to have a more visitors.The food was good ...

We stayed here for our honeymoon in June, here's a breakdown of what we liked and did not like:

Things we liked:
-Staff was very friendly
-Bartenders were great and bars were never too busy
