  • It was really fun! Good for history-ness!

    It was very nice because that was the family the town is named after. I always wondered who the town was named after, and after the visit it was very educational. Good for all ages!

  • Step back into Dennis history

    Air conditioning was a terrific plus as the weather was so humid . All the costumed docents were very friendly and knowledgable. Especially loved the Maritime Room and the Medal of Honor display.
    Only a $2.donation is suggested per person--they should ask for and receive MORE!!We spent the full 2 hours there and would have loved to have spent the whole day exploring, while chatting with each docent.Lots of fun.
