I've called this place five times and have never gotten a call back. I tried to stop by at their location during business hours but found it closed.

Does anyone WORK there? I'd love to get a Dr. Hauschka facial but it's hard to review a place that doesn't seem interested in customers.

The products are all of the highest quality, the prices are very reasonable, the enviornment is clean and organized, the staff is more than helpful and knowledgable, and I have recommended this store to all of my friends. SoapDish Spa
Staff a bit dull. Not very energetic in personality department. Service and facial spa treatments great, but some how lack of staff personality makes me uncomfortable.

They have a lot of hard to find products. The store seems like it belongs in a bigger city. I thought that the staff was really friendly and knowlegable. We will defintely return on our next trip to Vermont.
