I was double billed and it was up to me to prove i did not infact stay the 2nd night. These people were very rude and unhelpful. Thank godness i had kept my reciept for tax purposes. I will not stay again ever Best western is in same parking lot and alot more pleasant to deal with. do yourself a favor and stay without a headache somewhere else.

Checked in week before, stayed in rear on 1st floor-good stay. Returned 11PM the next week for two nights, night clerk spent 15 minutes deciding which room to put me into, I told him it did not matter as long as it was quiet. We stayed at the Salbasgeon Suites during a baseball tournament. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accomodating and nice. The rooms are huge as well as the pool. I look forward to returning soon and would recommend this hotel to all my friends. We all had a great time. Thanks!
