Jacuzzi Broken, AC did not work at all, TV had channels that did not work, toilet did not flush properly, employees knocking on door at 7am Sunday. No fewer than three employees told me that they were "not authorized" to honor the "100% Guarantee"- they finally said they would not charge my card, but did anyway, now I'm entangled in a struggle to get my $185.41 back. Do not stay in this hotel.

this was home away from home. I have never felt more comfortable in any pother motel and this is why, The staff is so friendly and they made my stay very pleasent, it was so nice to be greeted by the hostess so early in the morning at breakfast and help sevre the coffee...marvelous.The people i met in the lobby who were associated with the hotel were so gracious.when i am in brattleboro hampton is my first stop.
