An excellent hotel manager. Friendly staff and employees. Rates fair and affordable. Nearby eateries. No residences nearby. Easy free access to I-5. Mom-Pop grocery store/Post office/auto parts store within 3 miles. Wal Mart/Albertsons about 25 miles.
