the tv in the bathroom didn't work. the bathroom floor was dirty. likely the room wasn't cleared. stains all over the carpets,chairs and couch. there was stains on the beds. housekeeping didn't give us fresh towels. the toilet ran all night the hotel smelled bad. the buffet had bad quality of food. i wouldn't stay here again.

The price was unbelieveable! The rooms were large, but the air was not really circulating well. But, that's a small price to pay.The batheroom was an experience! The only thing that bothered me, wae s the staff acted like they were doing you a favor, instead of their job. The buffet was not really good, but the diner more than made up for it. (Kinda on the expensive side, though...)

Diamond Jack casino needs to do a major change with the decor.Rooms are so drab.The most annoying things is the AC doesn't work properly.The AC either freezes up or the temp in the room is very warm.Makes for an uncompfortable night.

This past weekend me and my boyfriend drove from fort worth to bossier city and stayed at diamond jacks and had an amazing time. All the staff in the casino and hotel were very nice. The room was huge and was very clean. We loved the jacuzzi tub and overall had a great time.
