This Hotel is great if you just want beach time. The Hotel staff can use come customer satisfaction classes but the US Steakhouse staff is out of this world. They will go above and beyond to service you. They should teach the hotel stafff a thing or two. The rooms are your typical hotel rooms and if you are looking for a fancy hotel, this is not, yet it is on a great location. My Husband and I will defenitely come here again!

My family was one the unlucky to be "upgraded" to this hotel. Place is old & rundown. Rooms filthy Customer service is rude. I don't think they have a manger or less not one you can talk to. Don't return phone calls why should they already charged you to much any how.

This is what Ramada says is comparable to RAMADA. Not saying much about RAMADA. Of course you better believe Ramada plaza resorts is a big scam too

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN. I TOO WAS BITTEN BY BEDBUGS AND THE SAME RESPONSE AS OTHER GUEST THAT POSTED..ITS SAD THAT WE HAVE A VACATION ONCE EVERY 3 YEARS AND WE HAD TO EXPERIENCE THIS AWFUL PLACE. THE ROOM WAS FILTHY, THE WINDOWS DIDNT CLOSE ALL THE WAY. THE ROOM STUNK HORRIBLY WE BOOKED FOR 5 NITES AND LEFT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. AND STAYED ON THE BEACH TIL MORNING TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE. JUST SO DISAPPOINED.

We stayed in room 319 and got bit by bedbugs. We informed the staff and only received a very uncaring "I'm sorry. I had to fight with the manager to get a credit for the charges.
