My husband and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. We got a spa treatment every day. I can't remember anything bad about the hotel. Our room was very nice and the hotel is beautiful. It was expensive back then but it was well worth it!!! I would love to go back and receive the spa treatments. Hawaii is beautiful, the water is gorgeous, and the lava is very interesting.

This is absolute the worst resort in Hawaii. First, the direction of the resort is useless. Then, smelly carpet, old kitchen appliance, missing light bulb, arrogant staff, etc. Plus, the phone didn't work. The internet worked only when it wanted to.
