Overall it was pretty good place to stay, but pretty far from the central tourist area of Kona. Takes 30 minutes just to get into town, but was close to the beach (just 10 min drive)

With a large group of travelers, what i didnt like was the every 3-4 days of lining changeout's.

They didnt have the promised free wifi, so we had to pay $60 for 7 days of internet, which i wasnt too happy about
