A nightmare you can't wake up from!Let me start off by saying, AWFUL! The staff is beyond rude, the food is so terrible I wouldn't let my dog eat it. When we booked our reservations the room described on the web site is a blatant LIE! be prepared to not have a reservationVery bad management. They should close this place down and start from scratch. Be warned. All the reviews are absolutely true. They over book and put you in lousey room. After spending 2 hours checking in they put us in a room with no working a/c and lots of mosquitos. Casino RiggedI must say, I watched the Casino employees take advantage of intoxicated patrons. Thousands of dollars went into casino hands.
No winners and a good scam on the casino's version of roulette.
Don't go inside.
On the good side, the beach is fine. The view is of an oil tanker.
Overall, I'd give this place 1 1/2 stars out of 5. Americans would not like this place.

Wasted vacationBased on the previous trips to that resort the only thing still acceptable is the beach.
Despite late arrival the room was not ready. After a long wait we were given a room with the bathroom ceiling leaking waste water. Next day moved to a different room with the same problem. NEVER AGAIN!Reserved to stay ONE night with my husband and 14 month old baby. Well, they overbooked and didn't have a room for us. They sent us to a place that was supposed to be as nice. NOT! Luv Coral Hamaca!I was there for two nights this past X-Mas holiday with friends from Miami and I really can say that I enjoy my stay there a lot. I'm Dominican but I have been to different hotels in the island and by far this one for the price and location is great. AWFUL! Don't GO!After a long flight my husband and I show up to find out they DIDN'T have a room for us (even thought we booked it months in advance) and sent us to a two star resort "five minutes down the street". You do not want to leaveThe beaches and the water is majestic. The 7 different restaurants cater to what your taste is for the day. And the night life is great, Casinos, live shows, and a disco keeps you busy. If that is not your style then the many pools, jacousies and beach will keep you speachless. Hamaca Coral. reservations always difficultlove the workers, lovely people always ready to please you.
However, getting your reservation and the rooms you want thru the vacation club very difficult, actually
very difficult just to get thru on the phone.
Always a battle on the phone and then continues when you get to the hotel. Can never walk in and get room with out fighting with the club represenatives.
