Very very dirty. After checking in I noticed that the rugs and elevator were very dirty. When I entered my room I noticed a dirty bathroom with hairs all over the tile, especially in the corners. Pee on the toilet rim. I pulled down the bed sheet and underneath was a mess. There were hairs(black) and what looked like flakes of skin. I travel a lot ...

Excellent - can't wait to go back. Bonne at the front desk is terrific! Location is super - love the Lady Lake area. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Cont. breakfast is top notch.
