the trip up the tower was very fast and then the doors opened and everything went wrong! Staff overworked, rude, completely ignored us. We had made a reservation and waited in a queue for 20 minutes. Although lacking in posh amenities, our stay here was very unique. We had our room on the penthouse level, floor 30.
The room, although small, was very well decorated and afforded all the amenities of a larger suite. It was quiet, with much going on around the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel as different kind of place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls, Ontario.
