We have stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge many times, but we will not be returning. I thought this was a family resort, but obviously they are more interested in making money than keeping customers who are not part of a convention happy. We stayed at the Great Wolf Oct 23-25, 2009 at which time a convention was being held there (we think it was all ...

I'm not very sure why the other reviews are complaining, my trip was quite well. Good enough room, lively waterpark (though I do agree it was in need of faster rides and perhaps some more besides for only three.) Breakfast okay, not entirely the best but well, and good service. we didn't need to wait a long time for our room. The price may ...

We will never go there NOW!

watch the 72 hour cancellation, it does not matter if you have a death in the family and want to switch weekends a week in advanced you still pay the $25.00 dollars that you do not have to spend at Six Flags water park which is cheaper

Only go with kids

If we had young kids I can see where it would be fun, however the rooms are not that nice for the price .We checked in for 4 nights but left after 1.They put us in a room on the ground floor . I felt like I was in a dungeon and there was mold in the bathroom. Last summer I took my grandkids to Mackinaw city Days inn water park and for alot less we had a very good time.

My parents got alone time togther at the spa, store, and in the ...
We have been going to Great Wolf Lodge a couple times a year for a past three years. This year, as usual I contacted them to get a price for a vacation we were planning in August. I was told they could give me the suite for $199 per night because we were return customers. I told the clerk I would call back, because I didn't have my credit ...

Do research of other water-hotels 1st

GWL is great for kids. My child had a great time and was in a state of pure excitement.
For me, not the same. Expensive!!The hotel is in need of lots and lots of minor repairs (maybe even a re-mod). I was in two seperate rooms (view change) and both had major carpet stains. The bathrooms were a bit dirty and needed a deep clean. I understand ...
My 6 and 8 year old loved GWL. Me? I'm not too sure. The price we paid still has me reeling in sticker shock. For such a high price I was expecting luxury, but was a little disappointed with mattress quality and had to ask for new pillows after one night using their very lumpy ones.
My boys loved the water park and I felt very ...
