The staff was amazingly nice. They were very professional and extremely nice the whole time. We felt that our kids were safe the way the lifeguards handled their job professionally. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The only downfall we had was one night we had a light bulb burn out on our balcony and they forgot to come and fix it. (very minor)

Watch if you book online. I found out this hotel is a flex hotel,which means the price you pay could change. I booked at $339.00 and went on line and found that Majestic Bear Suite was going for $309.00. They did give me the difference--but how many others didn't get that option. So beware of the price.

Our family went with another family and we had a fabulous time. The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly. The water park was a blast. Great for all ages! The park was nice and clean and warm and we found that two days was not enough. We wanted to stay one more day! Would recommend this lodge to anyone!

I loved out suite, we stayed in the Majestic Bear Suite Sat and Sun nite in Feb 07. It was very roomy, had all necessary amenities and it was very clean. My family visited Great Wolf Lodge in March of 2005. I love this place. They have lots of water activities for the kids and the adults. They have a private hot tub for adults(18 years & up) if you need that break from the kids. They also have many art activities for the children that just love to be crafty. i loved how the water park was right next to the arcade for easy swimming and gameing! my friend and i went there and had a blast!....they have great food and an amazing water park...and i was likeing the life guards too! i liked how they had different activities for kids and adults but it was a little pricey....everything was clean and neat and the service was great!.....yea great wolf lodge....

We had such a wonderful stay. We came out to Michigan from California and this was one of our stops. We have 2 kids who spent most of our 3 days at the Great Wolf Lodge, in the water park. Great service. Great food. Relaxing for parents with kids. Great rooms. I was concerned about the water being dirty in the water park and picking up some sort of virus, but our stay was wonderful. No problems at all.

My husband and I stayed there on our anniversary and had a nice time. The waterpark was a lot a fun and the kids around us were having a great time. The lifeguards are a little over-bearing and need to relax a bit. As for the hotel itself, the rooms are way over-priced. For the amont of money that is paid to stay there, you would think ...

My husband, i and our three children absolutly love the great wolf lodge, everyone was nice and curtious, the water was clean and warm and lots to do with our family, everyone deserves to vacation there.we only live about 5 miles from there, but its so fun, we love it lots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
